My story
I started this cleaning business as a single mom of three because I needed a way to provide for my kids on my own terms. We live in a state away from family, so a lot of the time it’s just us—no built-in village, no easy backup plan. I had to build something that could hold us up, something steady, something I could control.
Cleaning may look simple from the outside, but to me it’s meaningful work. It’s care. It’s creating peace in the middle of chaos. It’s walking into someone’s home and leaving it lighter, calmer, and more manageable—because I know what it feels like when life is heavy and even small things can feel overwhelming.
I also wanted a schedule that works for my children, not against them. I didn’t want to miss the school drop-offs, the sick days, the games, the moments that matter. I needed flexibility, but I also needed pride—something I could build with my own hands and grow over time.
And I didn’t start from nothing. The education I received at Wartburg College helped shape how I think and how I work—how to communicate clearly, solve problems, manage time, and show up with professionalism and heart. I’m using those skills every day: running a business, building relationships, staying organized, and setting a standard I can stand behind.
This business is more than a job. It’s my way of creating stability for my kids, proving to myself that I can do hard things, and building a future that feels safe and hopeful. Every client who trusts me, every home I leave sparkling, every dollar I earn honestly—it's a step toward the life I’m working so hard to give my children.

I’m genuinely passionate about the impact a clean space can have on someone’s life. Cleaning isn’t “just cleaning” to me—it’s restoring peace, creating comfort, and helping people breathe easier in their own homes. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, and I love being able to walk into a space and transform it into something that feels fresh, calm, and cared for. That transformation is powerful, and it’s what drives me.
I’m also passionate about building a life for my children that reflects strength, independence, and love. I wanted a flexible schedule so I could be present for the moments that matter-without sacrificing my ability to provide. This business allows me to show up for my kids while still growing something of my own.
This business is personal to me. It’s not just income—it’s a calling I’ve grown into. Every home or business I clean is a chance to make someone’s day a little better.
